infoSpecification Accuracy & Continuous Review
While our team strives to verify all platform dimensions, aspect ratios, and file ceilings against officially published specifications, official rules and consular requirements may change at any time without advance warning.
Every preset in our registry references its official source URL and verification date. We strongly advise all applicants to cross-reference their specific requirements on official government portals before final submission.
verified_userNo Guarantee of Portal Acceptance
Preparing your image using ReadyToSubmit Global ensures compliance with mechanical pixel dimensions, file size ceilings, and aspect ratios. However, our tools do not guarantee acceptance by reviewing consular officers, immigration agents, or marketplace moderators. Factors such as facial expression, lighting conditions, attire, glasses, and background shadows are evaluated by human inspectors or automated biometric validators on the recipient's portal.
report_problemReporting Outdated Requirements
If you notice that an official embassy, government agency, or portal has updated its upload rules, please let us know immediately at [email protected] with a link to the official documentation. We review and update presets within 24 hours.
